At Vitches Apothecary, your satisfaction matters to us.
However, due to the nature of our handmade and small-batch products, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.

Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer a 14-day exchange policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange for store credit.
To be eligible:
Your item must be 100% intact, in its original packaging, and with any tags or seals still attached.
You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please email us at vitchesapothecary@gmail.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
Your item is defective or damaged, or
You received the wrong product.
We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used personal care products (such as creams, soaps, and oils)
Custom-made or personalized items
Sale items or gift cards
We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Processing Time
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at vitchesapothecary@gmail.com for an update.
