🕯️ How long does it take to process my order?

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.

📦 How long will shipping take?

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method and location. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

💌 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer store credit or exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be 100% intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds as each product is made in limited batches to maintain quality.

🌿 Are your products natural or vegan?

Our products are made using ALL pure, natural, and high-quality ingredients.

While most of our products are vegan, some items (like our Lip Butters) contain beeswax for its nourishing benefits. Each product page will detail VEGAN if it a vegan product. (Beeswax is the only NON-VEGAN ingredient we use. Non vegan products include our Lip Butters and some pillar candles. All other products ARE VEGAN.

✨ I have sensitive skin or eczema — are your products safe?

Yes! Our founder, Christina, is a cosmetologist of 20 years who formulated these products to be gentle and effective for eczema-prone and sensitive skin, inspired by her own and her family’s experiences. Always patch test first to ensure compatibility with your skin.

🎁 Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase digital Vitches Apothecary Gift Cards directly from our store. They make the perfect gift for anyone who loves self-care and natural beauty.

📍 Do you offer local pickup?

Occasionally, yes! Local pickup may be available for customers in our area of FOND DU LAC, WI. Please email us at Vitchesapothecary@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order, we may be able to cut costs for you!

📫 What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders marked as “Delivered” by the postal service.
